I have been a customer of It estratégica for a few years now, and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their work is decent, and they generally meet the deadlines. However, I have noticed some room for improvement in their communication skills. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
