I have been a customer of Phoenix Systems Group (PSG) for over a year now and I must say, their services have been average. Nothing too extraordinary but nothing too terrible either. The website phxsys.net is easy to navigate and their customer support is responsive. However, I feel like there's room for improvement in terms of their product offerings. Overall, I would rate PSG as an average company.
