I've had a mixed experience with Nilyfarm. While their website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward, I had issues with the quality of the products I received. Some items were damaged or didn't meet my expectations. I appreciate their customer service for assisting me with the problem, but it was still disappointing.
