I recently started practicing yoga and Ashmayu has been a wonderful place for me to learn. The classes are great and the instructors are very helpful. I appreciate their attention to detail and the way they explain the poses and techniques. The atmosphere is calming and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!
