I was disappointed with the service I received from Pointe Pest Control. The technician arrived late and seemed unprepared. They didn't address all the areas I requested, and the pests reappeared shortly after the treatment. The customer service was also lacking, as they were unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend their services.
