I recently purchased a watch from this company and I must say, I was left feeling underwhelmed. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of watches was decent, but the actual product didn't quite meet my expectations. The watch arrived in a timely manner, but the quality of the materials used was not as impressive as I had hoped. Additionally, the customer service was just average; they were responsive enough but didn't go above and beyond. On the plus side, the design of the watch was stylish and sleek, and I appreciated the attention to detail. However, for the price I paid, I had hoped for better overall quality. I wish there had been more emphasis on craftsmanship and durability. Overall, it's not a bad company, but there are definitely better options out there. ⌚
