I've been training capoeira in Boston and Abada Capoeira is definitely one of the best places to learn. The instructors are experienced and create a supportive and friendly environment. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. I love how they combine the physical aspect of capoeira with the cultural aspects. It's a great way to stay fit and learn about Brazilian culture. Highly recommended!
