I recently had a not-so-great experience at Panera...

I recently had a not-so-great experience at Panera Bread. The service was slow and the staff seemed disorganized. The food was also disappointing, with the bread being dry and tasteless. I expected better quality from Panera Bread. Hopefully, they can improve their service and food to match their reputation.
