I have been banking with Quantum National Bank for several years now and I have to say that their services are average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I have encountered some issues with their online banking system. It is not always reliable and sometimes I am unable to access my account. Overall, I would rate Quantum National Bank as average.
