I recently signed up for their services, and so far, the experience has been average. The website is user-friendly and the sign-up process was straightforward. However, I did find the customer service to be a bit lacking in responsiveness. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The pricing is competitive, but I would have appreciated more transparency regarding fees and charges. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and transparency.
