I had an average experience with Genious Interactive (ex Openlog). The website was easy to navigate and the overall service was decent. However, there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The response time for resolving my queries was a bit slow and the customer support could have been more helpful. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
