I had a bit of a mixed experience with Bernard Boutique. On one hand, the quality of the products was great, but on the other hand, the customer service was not up to par. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a resolution. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there is definitely room for improvement.
