I recently utilized the services of this company for some communication and audio-visual needs. The experience was average overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times. The process felt a bit disorganized, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project. The quality of the work provided was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail. While I appreciate the effort put in by the team, I would suggest a more streamlined and proactive approach to customer communication and project management.
