I recently hired a pest control service from a company I found online. Their website was easily navigable and had all the necessary information. The technicians arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable about the job at hand. However, I can only rate them as average due to a few issues. Firstly, the service seemed a bit rushed, and I felt like they could have spent more time inspecting and treating the affected areas. Additionally, I noticed that there was some miscommunication between the technicians, which led to a delay in completing the job. Furthermore, I expected the company to provide me with some post-service guidelines or tips, but unfortunately, they did not. While they did get rid of the pests effectively, there were certain aspects that could have been improved upon. Overall, an okay experience, but they could definitely work on their attention to detail and communication.
