I had a mixed experience with United records & sound. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found that the customer service was lacking. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Additionally, the selection of records was quite limited. However, I do have to commend them on their fast shipping and secure packaging. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
