I had a mixed experience with Diwani. While the products were of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, it was not very helpful. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved quickly. Overall, I would say that Diwani is an average company to do business with.
