I had a mixed experience with Resource Collective....

I had a mixed experience with Resource Collective. While some aspects of their service were good, there were a few areas where they fell short. Overall, I found their team to be knowledgeable, but their response time could be improved. I appreciate their effort, but there is room for improvement.
