I had an average experience with the education services and tours provided by koteducation.co.uk. While the tour was well-organized and informative, I feel that there could have been more interactive activities to keep the students engaged. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm, which affected the overall educational experience. I believe there is room for improvement, but overall, it was an okay tour.
