The overall experience with Visa Inc. has been quite average. While their services are functional, there are some areas where they could definitely improve. The website interface is a bit clunky and can be confusing to navigate. The customer service could also be more responsive and helpful. However, I must admit that their payment processing system is efficient and secure. Overall, I would rate Visa Inc. as an average company.
