I recently used the services of a local credit union based in Florida. I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did encounter some difficulties in finding specific information about their products and services. The customer service was responsive, but I wish there was more detailed information available on the website. The rates and terms are competitive, but I believe there is room for improvement in enhancing the online experience for customers. Overall, it was an average experience with some positive aspects and potential for improvement.
