The services provided by Independent Claim Service...

The services provided by Independent Claim Services (ICS) are average. While they are responsive and handle claims efficiently, I have noticed some delays in processing my claim. The customer service representatives were helpful, but I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Overall, I would rate ICS as an average service provider.
