I had a mixed experience with Newmonics, Inc. While their website, mnemonics-inc.com, was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information, their customer service was not up to par. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. They have potential, but improvements are needed.
