I recently attended a cooking course at a local culinary school. It was a great experience overall. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I learned a lot of new recipes and cooking techniques. The hands-on approach and small class size allowed for personalized instruction. The only downside was the price of the course, which I found to be a bit expensive. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this culinary school to others.
