I recently purchased a vehicle from this company and it was a satisfactory experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of the available inventory. However, when I visited the dealership, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. The staff seemed more focused on making a sale rather than truly understanding my needs. 🚗 Additionally, the negotiation process was a bit tedious and didn't feel very transparent. On a positive note, the vehicle itself is in good condition and I'm happy with my purchase. Overall, it was an average experience – not outstanding but not terrible either. I hope the company can work on improving their customer service and transparency in the future.
