I had an average experience with New Passages Psychological. While the counselors were professional, I didn't feel a strong connection with them. The therapy sessions were helpful to some extent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of personalization and individualized approach. Overall, they provide decent services, but I expected a bit more.
