I had a mixed experience with @home healthcare. I found their services to be average. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were others that fell short of my expectations. The caregivers were punctual and seemed knowledgeable, but lacked empathy and warmth. Communication with their customer service was also hit or miss. Overall, I would rate them as average.
