I recently attended a barre class at Fluidity and I must say it was fantastic! The instructors were very attentive and provided clear instructions throughout the class. The ambiance of the studio was wonderful, creating a peaceful and positive energy. Overall, I had a great workout and left feeling stronger and more flexible. Definitely worth trying out!
