I had a mixed experience with Lomster Limited. While their website was easy to navigate and the products were of good quality, their customer service was lacking. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple emails and phone calls to get it resolved. However, once the issue was escalated, they did work to rectify the situation. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
