I have been a customer of Somerset county council for several years now and overall, I would rate their services as average. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, although sometimes their response times can be a bit slow. The council website is easy to navigate, but could use some improvement in terms of providing more up-to-date information. Overall, I find their services satisfactory.
