My experience with Travel dos was not up to par. While the booking process was easy, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not helpful. I faced issues during my trip, and they were not prompt in resolving them. I expected better given the positive reviews, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment.
