The staff members were polite, but lacked the proactive approach that I had hoped for. On the positive side, when my issue was finally resolved, it was done so efficiently. ✅ The quality of the service provided was average, meeting my basic expectations but not exceeding them. In conclusion, this company has the potential to improve their customer service to make the experience more seamless and satisfactory.
