I recently visited this eye care company and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the waiting time was a bit longer than I expected. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the equipment seemed up-to-date. However, the overall customer service was just okay, and I didn't feel like my needs were fully addressed.
