CUSTOMER: The Ortonville downtown development auth...

CUSTOMER: The Ortonville downtown development authority has done an average job in promoting the growth of our downtown area. While they organize some events and activities, I feel that they could be more innovative and engaging. The team's responsiveness needs improvement, and I hope to see them taking more proactive steps to address the community's concerns. Overall, there is room for improvement, but I appreciate their efforts.
