I recently used the services of a recruitment agency for the first time and was recommended by a friend to try Zest. I must say, I had a mixed experience with them. While they were able to provide me with several job opportunities, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were times when they took longer than expected to respond to my queries. However, they did manage to find me a suitable position in the end. Overall, it was an average experience.
