The Osteria dei Ganzi is a wonderful restaurant with an incredible ambiance. The food is always delicious and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend the pasta dishes, especially the carbonara. The waitstaff are friendly and knowledgeable, making for a great dining experience. The only downside is that it can get quite busy during peak times, so I would recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table.
