I have been a customer of METSO GHANA LIMITED for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. While they meet our basic needs, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of their response time and overall customer support. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been instances where our queries took longer than expected to be resolved. I hope they work on speeding up their processes and provide better service in the future.
