I recently hired the services of this company and I must say that my experience was rather average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness and attentiveness. It took quite some time for them to address my inquiries and when they did, the responses seemed rather generic and impersonal. Additionally, the overall quality of the service provided was satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The pricing was fair, but I expected a little more value for the amount I paid. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have the basics covered, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivering added value to their clients.
