I have been attending yoga classes at theyogaseed.org for the past year and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are fantastic and provide clear guidance throughout the practice. The studio has a lovely atmosphere that promotes relaxation and self-reflection. Highly recommended for yogis of all levels!
