I've been using Nerds r us services inc. for a few months now and I must say, they are overall average. The service they provide is satisfactory and the technicians are knowledgeable. However, there have been a few instances where the response time was a bit slow. Other than that, I haven't had any major issues. The website nru.ca is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
