I have been a customer of Y-intercept for the past year and I must say their services are just average. There is nothing outstanding about them, but at the same time, nothing too terrible either. Their website is user-friendly and I haven't had any major issues with it. The customer support is also decent, albeit not the best. Overall, I would rate Y-intercept as an average company.
