I have had a mixed experience with Evolve Estates. Some aspects of their service have been excellent, while others have fallen short of my expectations. Overall, I would say that they provide an average level of service. The communication could definitely be improved, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, when they did respond, they were knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to see more transparency when it comes to fees and charges. It would be beneficial for clients to have a clear breakdown of all the costs involved. In terms of property management, Evolve Estates has been reliable and efficient. They have promptly addressed any maintenance issues that have arisen, and their team of contractors has been professional. However, there have been a few instances where I felt that their attention to detail was lacking. Overall, I would rate my experience with Evolve Estates as average.
