I recently planned my holiday through the company's website and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. They had a good range of destinations and packages to choose from, and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I must say that the customer service was average. Although they did respond to my queries, it took them a while to get back to me and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times. The pricing was reasonable and the tour itself was enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable and provided interesting insights about the places we visited. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with this company, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service department. 😊🌴
