I recently made a purchase from motorsocial.com.au, and while the product itself was satisfactory, the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered some issues with the ordering process, and it took longer than expected to receive a response from their support team. However, once the issue was resolved, the delivery was prompt and the product arrived in good condition. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
