I find Jilin College of Arts to be an average institution. Although the courses and curriculum are adequate, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the teaching quality. The professors lack enthusiasm and fail to engage students effectively. Additionally, I believe that the facilities could use some upgrades as they are outdated. Overall, it is an average college with room for improvement.
