I recently used Taino Express to send a package to my family in the Dominican Republic. The service was average, nothing exceptional. The package arrived intact and on time, which was good. However, the communication from the company could have been better. It would have been helpful if they had provided me with tracking information so that I could keep an eye on the package's progress. Overall, an average experience.
