As a customer who recently availed the services of this IT company, I would rate them as average. While their website is well-designed and provides clear information about their services, I found their overall performance to be mediocre. The team seemed lacking in certain technical expertise and were not able to fully resolve my IT issues in a timely manner. Communication also proved to be a challenge as there were instances where my queries were not addressed promptly. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and they did show some effort in trying to resolve my problems. However, considering the average experience I had, I would say there is definitely room for improvement for this company.
