The company website is very visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall experience with the company to be average. The customer service was satisfactory but lacked promptness in responding to inquiries. The products offered were quite unique and interesting, but I felt that the quality did not match the price point. Moreover, the shipping process was quite slow, causing significant delays in receiving my order. On the positive side, the company did honor a refund for a defective item I received, although the refund process took a longer time than expected.
