The experience I had with Digified was just average. Their website was easy to navigate and the overall process of completing my purchase went smoothly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better from a company like Digified.
