I have been a customer of Gemnet Info Systems for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good range of services and solutions, their customer support can be quite slow at times. The pricing is fair, but I feel that they could improve their overall efficiency. Overall, a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
