I recently purchased an item from ventadirecta.com.mx and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected to arrive, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the packaging was not very secure and the item I received was slightly damaged. On the positive side, the customer service team was responsive and they offered to send a replacement or refund. While I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue, it's unfortunate that the initial delivery was mishandled. Considering all these factors, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
